Jim Beasley Jr. is the managing member of The Beasley Firm, LLC, with emphasis on all
forms of civil litigation and complex civil trial work. He received his B.S. in
Biology (with honors) in 1990. Mr. Beasley went to the University of
Pennsylvania School of Medicine and received an M.D. in 1994. He received his
J.D. in 1997 from University of Pennsylvania Law School and an LL.M. in Trial
Advocacy (with honors) in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Mr. Beasley is a Fellow with the American College of Legal Medicine and a
member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is licensed to practice law
with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Western, Eastern, and Middle Districts of
Pennsylvania, the United State Supreme Court, the Federal Court of Claims, and
the Court of Appeals for 3rd Circuit. Mr. Beasley frequently lectures in
CLE seminars and to students and faculty at law and medical schools on
various issues relating to the interaction of law and medicine. Mr.
Beasley is also a commercially licensed pilot, with
multi-engine instrument certification as well as being a stunt pilot in
World War II fighter aircraft at airshows around the world.
