James C. Graham’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy reorganizations, and professional ethics. He appears regularly before state and federal courts in a broad range of matters. These matters include bankruptcy reorganizations and litigation, commercial real estate workouts and litigation (including foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, and valuation litigation). Matters also include contract and other business-related disputes, asset recovery and collections, and professional ethics. Jim assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions of assets and businesses, and with debt restructurings and workouts.
