Gabriele Wohl is a partner in the Charleston office of Bowles Rice and is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Her primary areas of practice include business litigation and appeals, complex civil litigation and white collar defense. She is also a member of the firm's Labor and Employment group.
Mrs. Wohl received her J.D. in 2009 from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the West Virginia Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College in 2004.
Mrs. Wohl is admitted to practice in West Virginia as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She is a fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and a member of the Fourth Circuit Advisory Committee on Rules and Procedure as well as a member of the Judicial Conference of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
