Frank McRight practices as Counsel to the Firm's Labor and Employment group. He has over 50 years of practice in representing management clients in all areas of labor and employment law.
He has handled numerous lawsuits in the state trial and appellate courts of Alabama and all federal trial and appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
He has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Opportunity Commission, and other federal agencies. He has defended employers in class actions and individual lawsuits, NLRB charges and election petitions, wrongful discharge complaints, and arbitrations. He has conducted collective bargaining, developed employment practices and policies, and provided advice and counseling in numerous employment-related matters, including supervisory training, workplace harassment issues, and enforcement of noncompete, nonsolicitation and nondisclosure agreements.
From 1961-1963, Frank served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army.
