Firm
Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli, LLP
Felicia Pasculli, Esq., CELA is a law partner at Futterman,
Lanza & Pasculli, LLP concentrating in the areas of Elder Law & Special
Needs Law, Trusts and Estates, and Veterans Law. Joining the firm
in 2018, Felicia Pasculli takes great pride in having introduced the area of VA
pension benefits to the Elder Law bar in 2001. She is certified as an elder law
attorney (“CELA”) by the American Bar Assn. accredited National Elder
Law Foundation, one of approximately 500 nationwide and has been designated a
“NY Metro Area Top 50 Women Lawyer” by her peers through Super Lawyers this
year, as well as a Best Lawyer in America. Felicia Pasculli chose to
specialize in Elder Law, Special Needs, Estate Law, Trusts and Estates, and
Veterans Law after seeing how our culture’s bureaucratic systems failed her own
father, a veteran, and her mother, both of whom suffered from dementia. She has
since devoted her career advocating for the rights of elders, including those
with dementia or cognitive impairments, children with
special needs and veterans.
