Krueger & Juelich PLLC
Elizabeth Juelich focuses her practice on family law and estate planning, and both practice areas require an attorney to get to know clients on a personal level. Ms. Juelich takes a thorough, responsive approach to every case, which has garnered respect from her clients and peers. She understands that her clients’ families are their most valuable asset, and she tailors her representation to create a plan for their personal and financial future.
Ms. Juelich presents and has been published at both national and state forums on topics including tax issues, spousal maintenance, child support, dividing employee stock awards and retirement benefits, complex assets, executive compensation issues, qualified domestic relations orders, post-decree modifications, and estate planning considerations in divorce.
Ms. Juelich enjoys giving back to the community by providing pro bono estate planning services to first responders through the Wills for Heroes program; preparing tax returns for low-income individuals; serving on the board of Two Rivers Community Land Trust, a nonprofit providing affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families in Washington County, Minnesota; judging mock trial competitions; and mentoring law students and newer attorneys. Ms. Juelich has been honored for her pro bono work by receiving the North Star Lawyer Award from the Minnesota State Bar Association every year since 2013.
Ms. Juelich was named by the National Advocates as one of the top 40 attorneys in Minnesota under 40 in 2017 and 2018. She has also been selected to the Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star list each year from 2012 through 2018, a designation received by no more than 2.5% of the attorneys in Minnesota, and she serves on the national Rising Stars advisory board. Additional, Ms. Juelich has received the MSBA North Star Lawyer award each year from 2013 through the present in recognition of providing pro bono services exceeding 50 hours annually.
