He served as general counsel for the North Carolina Bankers Association and its predecessor organizations for more than 30 years. His practice included providing counsel on banking laws and regulations and representing trade associations — legal, regulatory and legislative.
Ed has extensive experience counseling and representing clients in state and local tax issues, specifically property taxes.
