Donna M. Genovese, Esq. is a partner of GOLDSCHMIDT & GENOVESE, LLP. Ms. Genovese has dedicated her practice to the field of matrimonial and family law for thirty plus years. Ms. Genovese’s experience includes all aspects of matrimonial matters, including negotiation, litigation and drafting of separation and settlement agreements. Ms. Genovese is also trained in Collaborative Law and Mediation. Ms. Genovese regularly handles complex matrimonial matters which include issues involving child custody, support and valuations. Ms. Genovese practices primarily in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties as well as Orange, Dutchess, Bronx and New York.
