Dawn Stith Evans’ experience litigating securities cases in FINRA arbitrations and trying business and other cases to verdict in court has earned her a listing in The Best Lawyers In America©, an “AV” peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and a spot on Birmingham Magazine’s list of the “Rising Stars” among Birmingham attorneys.
Ms. Evans’ cases have included (among many others):
Ms. Evans graduated cum laude with an Accounting degree from Auburn University in 1994, and a J.D. (cum laude) from Cumberland School of Law in 1998, where she served as an editor of the Cumberland Law Review (Voted Outstanding Senior Member).
She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Association (Public Service Committee, 2008-present; Young Lawyers Executive Committee, 2001-2003, Public Relations Committee, 2003-2004). She also is actively involved with PIABA – the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
Ms. Evans is admitted to and regularly practices in the state courts of Alabama, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
