David Wolf joined Adams and Reese in 2003 and serves as Special Counsel for the firm. He is a member of the Public Finance and Banking and Finance teams. David acts as bond counsel for numerous state and local government agencies and entities in Louisiana and represents parishes, municipalities, school boards, industrial development boards, port commissions and special service districts.
David advises and assists clients in structuring, developing and implementing capital improvement and cash flow management programs using various types of debt instruments. He also advises local governments, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations and for-profit businesses with respect to taxable and tax-exempt financing alternatives available under federal, state and local laws.

David has been a frequent speaker at conferences relating to local government finance: Louisiana Government Finance Officers Association, Louisiana School Business Officers Association, Police Jury Association of Louisiana, Louisiana Municipal Clerks Institute, Association of Governmental Accountants, American Waterworks Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
When David is not practicing law, he enjoys cycling, tournament bridge, travel and reading.
