David K. Hendrickson, Found Partner, has more than 5 years of trial experience. He practices in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, insurance defense, and general business litigation. He is especially knowledgeable in cases involving asbestos, acrylamide, benzene, PCB, solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and multi-chemical sensitivities. He is also skilled in cases involving a wide range of products.
Hendrickson has extensive experience in personal injury and various insurance defense litigation. He represents corporations and employers in premises and deliberate intent claims, and manufacturers in claims of chemical exposures. For more than 25 years, he has represented manufacturers and premises owners in mass trial litigation and has won defense verdicts in this highly specialized area. His experience as a litigator has made him a sought after mediator by both the Plaintiff and Defense Bars. He is a proud member of the West Virginia chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. The academy is the premier association for experienced civil alternative dispute resolution practitioners.
Hendrickson is a former captain in the United States Army. He is a recent inductee in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and has also been recognized by several national publications including, Chambers, USA, Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Litigation Magazine in the area of Corporate Litigation. He currently serves on the boards of several charitable, civic and social organizations
