Mr. McMorris is a trial lawyer and directs Thornton Law Firm's workplace injury practice. He is a member of the Massachusetts and New York bars and the American Association for Justice. Mr. McMorris' trial experience has included several jury verdicts in excess of $1 million dollars in cases involving products liability, construction accidents, toxic exposures, lead paint poisoning, and asbestos exposure. Mr. McMorris has been appointed by the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts to serve as plaintiff's liaison counsel in asbestos litigation since 1993, and served in that same position for the Superior Court of Massachusetts from 1993-2017.
