David Danesh focuses his practice on state and local taxation. He assists clients at all stages of state tax controversy disputes, and with tax planning, transactional, regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, David worked as a law clerk in the tax advisory practice of a multinational financial services company, where he analyzed international, corporate and financial product tax matters. While in law school, David served as teaching assistant for Federal Income Tax and Intellectual Property Tax courses.
