Having served as a special agent for the National Security Agency, a criminal investigator in the Major Frauds Unit of the State’s Attorney’s office in Montgomery County, and a prominent trial lawyer for decades, Dave brings a wealth of analytical experience to the criminal defense and litigation matters he handles for his clients. He is a shrewd tactician in the courtroom, with a particularly keen sense of what motivates a jury. Additionally, Dave has served as a court-appointed trustee, mediator, and arbitrator in family and civil cases.
