Various aspects of his practice include acquisition, sales, development, financing, management and leasing of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties, negotiating and drafting purchase and sale contracts, and real estate due diligence, including title and survey examination.Mr. Reeves brings a wealth of commercial development knowledge and experience to the table, having drafted and negotiated numerous purchase, sale and development agreements, easements, covenants and restrictions. He also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with commercial, retail, industrial and office leases, and negotiating complex loan transactions.
