Dan Goldstein has earned a reputation as a successful trial lawyer specializing in construction and real estate litigation, routinely representing owners, contractors, and design professionals in claims regarding defect, delay, non-payment, non-disclosure, breach of contract, boundary disputes, and easement disputes.
Over the last 20 years, Dan has tried over 50 cases to juries, judges, and arbitrators, achieving awards ranging in size from $20,000 to over $5,000,000. Leveraging this experience, Dan has also achieved favorable settlements for his clients in hundreds of other matters. In addition to litigating complex construction and real estate matters, Dan has helped shape important points of law in Oregon, having successfully briefed and argued several key cases of complex construction issues before the Oregon Supreme Court and the Oregon Court of Appeals.
Outside of the office, Dan plays trumpet in local venues and teaches trumpet lessons on a limited basis. Dan also plays tournament racquetball locally and enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, running, and hiking.
