Daniel Cohn focuses his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, as well as commercial and financial services. He represents and advises clients across a wide range of practice areas, including: bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditors' rights issues; asset-based lending, leveraged buyout and other transactions; bank regulatory matters; mergers and acquisitions; financial services litigation; general corporate governance matters; and general and consumer litigation defense.
