Danny Guggenheim is a Partner at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in Los Angeles, and dedicates the bulk of his practice to the representation of private equity funds, non-bank lenders and other investors in connection with real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
Mr. Guggenheim has been recognized with the "AV Preeminent" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and with inclusion in the The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Real Estate Law since 2014, the 2017 Southern California Super Lawyers list, and the 2010 and 2012-2016 Southern California Super Lawyers-Rising Stars lists, and received the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award for 2012 from the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Guggenheim received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science (International Affairs) in 2000 from Columbia University, and his J.D. in 2004 from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the USC Law School Alumni Association, and served on its Executive Committee from 2014-2016 as Chair of Regional Programs.
