Over the last 25 years, Curt has represented public and private companies in hundreds of corporate transactions. He is skilled in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and public and private offerings of securities.
Curt’s M&A experience ranges from representing fast-growing tech and life sciences businesses to Fortune 500 companies, spanning virtually all industries and all transaction structures. He provides legal counsel pertaining to IPOs, secondary offerings of debt and equity securities, ongoing SEC reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, defending and launching tender and takeover offers, and going private transactions.
Curt also has significant experience representing banks and insurance companies in corporate and securities transactions. He frequently advises such clients on the regulatory issues that govern their day-to-day operations, merger and acquisition activities, and capital raising.
