Chelsea M. Rutherford focuses her practice on corporate, transactional and regulatory matters affecting a wide range of clients in the health care and life sciences industries.
While in law school, Chelsea served as the editor in chief of the American Journal of Law and Medicine and as a teaching assistant for public health law. Additionally, she was named an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar and won the Dean's award in health care fraud and abuse. Chelsea also has served as a law clerk for a qui tam boutique litigation firm and completed a year-long internship with the in-house counsel of a major hospital system. Before pursuing her master's degree, Chelsea worked in research and clinical genetics laboratories and co-authored peer-reviewed research in the field.
