Charles T. Hoge’s business litigation practice includes partnership, real estate, employment, intellectual property, unfair competition, trade secret and professional liability matters.
Charlie worked for a large regional firm practicing commercial litigation before he joined the San Diego firm Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat, known after 2005 as Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge LLP, where he practiced for 28 years until the firm disbanded into five separate law firms on June 30, 2016. During the firm’s last 14 years, Charlie served as its Managing Partner while maintaining a full-time litigation practice. During his tenure, the firm was routinely awarded the highest accolades in San Diego including continuous recognition in U.S. News Best Law Firms and California Top Ranked Law Firms.

INBLF serves the needs of national and international businesses and professionals seeking local talent in San Diego.A La Jolla resident, Charlie is active in outdoor activities including basketball, skiing, hiking and fly fishing. Charlie is also a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America, a highly selective trial lawyer society composed of less than half of one percent of American lawyers. He serves on the Board of Governors of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
A La Jolla resident, Charlie is active in sports and outdoor activities, including basketball and skiing.
