Dawson Law Group
I have over twenty years experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving wrongful death and serious injuries. Seeing both sides of these cases helps us to know what to expect and to advise our clients about what factors the other side will consider to be most important in evaluating a case. I have been first chair in over 100 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations, and I have several seven-figure results through litigation or settlement. I have been invited to speak to attorney and industry groups about trial strategy, ethics, traumatic brain injuries, and other topics.
I grew up near Portland and went to Clackamas High School, Claremont McKenna College (B.A. with honors), the University of Chicago (M.A., Committee on Social Thought), and University of California at Berkeley (J.D., editor of California Law Review). My hobbies include mountain climbing, backpacking, scuba diving, and traveling.
