Brad Kimbro, executive partner of Holland & Knight's Tampa Bay region, is a trial lawyer whose practice emphasizes commercial litigation, including actions involving contract disputes, fraud, shareholder disputes, dissenters' rights, directors' and officers' liability, securities, real estate, business torts, non-competition agreements, petroleum marketing, creditors' rights, construction disputes, and environmental litigation.
Mr. Kimbro is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Florida and has earned his private pilot's license. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Mediator and a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership is limited to trial attorneys who have achieved verdicts or settlements in the amount of one million dollars or more. Mr. Kimbro has been a frequent speaker for The Florida Bar, including numerous presentations at the Bar's Practicing With Professionalism seminar.
While at the University of Florida, he was a member of Florida Blue Key, Omicron Delta Kappa, Order of the Coif, and served as Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review. He graduated first in his law school class and has received the highest rating assigned by Martindale-Hubbell.
