Benjamin Little is a shareholder in the Shoals office of Dentons Sirote. Benjamin's practice covers a wide range of substantive areas, but he primarily focuses on business law and related matters. He handles both litigation and non-litigation matters and frequently represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the GAO.
Benjamin has wide-ranging litigation experience, and in that capacity has obtained successful outcomes in complex government contracting and commercial disputes, including bid protests at the GAO and U.S. Court of Federal Claims and litigation involving multi-faceted engineering issues. Benjamin has successfully represented public boards, officers, and elected officials in a variety of litigation matters and has also assisted professionals in multiple industries in investigations or proceedings initiated before professional licensure boards. Outside of litigation, Benjamin frequently advises clients regarding the formation, governance, and operation of businesses. He also has experience in probate matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, estate administration, and related litigation.
