Amy Margolin Harwood focuses her practice on all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning. Amy advises clients on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, trust and estate administration, and charitable planning, as well as contested trust and tax matters. She has significant experience designing and administering complex estate plans for individuals and families, implementing leveraged wealth transfer techniques, and providing counsel for the formation and operation of charitable foundations.
While in law school, Amy was an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.
