A veteran corporate lawyer, Alan Aronson represents clients in public and private securities transactions, M&A, and venture capital transactions. He advises broker-dealers and investment advisors, and counsels on corporate governance and compliance matters. He has served as lead corporate and securities counsel to NYSE, Nasdaq, and OTC companies, is a FINRA-trained dispute resolutions arbitrator, and is a frequent lecturer on securities and corporate topics.
Alan is the inaugural and past chair of The Dade County Bar Association’s Business Law Committee, a past chair of the Corporations, Securities and Financial Services Committee of the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section, and a past chair of The Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
Alan is a contributing author to numerous publications, has been named in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, The Best Lawyers in America 2011-2018 (Securities Law), Super Lawyers 2011-2016, and was selected as the 2008 and 2011 Member of the Year for The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section.
